What it means

The listing provides new access and liquidity for RSR holders and traders on Upbit. Users depositing RSR must use only the Ethereum network and verify the correct contract address (0x320623b8e4ff03373931769a31fc52a4e78b5d70). Initial trading restrictions applied for approximately 5 minutes on buy orders and minimum sell prices, with market order restrictions lasting about 2 hours.
