Terms of Use
These terms govern access to calendarspoint.com and the information services published under the CalendarsPoint name. The operator is based in Cyprus and can be contacted at [email protected]. Please read these terms together with the Privacy Notice. Using the website does not waive rights that applicable law makes mandatory.

1. What CalendarsPoint provides
CalendarsPoint publishes a crypto events calendar, listing and delisting information, research, source-based investigations and related summaries. Content can be collected, classified, translated or summarized automatically and may be revised as sources change.
The website is an information publication. Reading its pages does not open an exchange, brokerage, payment or custody service with CalendarsPoint. We do not ask you to send us assets, connect a wallet, provide a private key or disclose a seed phrase in order to read public material.
2. Dates, sources and developing investigations
Event dates, exchange schedules, token availability and withdrawal deadlines can change. A calendar entry or listing notice is not a promise that an event or market will be available. Check the original organizer or exchange announcement before making a decision.
Investigations and live reports may contain allegations, preliminary labels, estimates or hypotheses attributed to their source. Inclusion of a wallet address or a third-party statement does not establish an individual's identity, wrongdoing or legal responsibility. A quoted balance or transfer value is a dated snapshot, not necessarily a loss figure or realized sale proceeds.
We aim to distinguish reported observations from interpretation and to correct identified errors. We do not promise that every source is complete, that automated text is error-free, or that an update will appear without delay. Send a specific correction and supporting source to [email protected].
3. No personalized financial or professional advice
Articles, dates, alerts and summaries are general information. They are not a personalized investment recommendation, an offer to buy or sell an asset, or a substitute for legal, tax, financial or security advice suited to your circumstances.
Crypto-assets and trading venues involve substantial risks. You remain responsible for evaluating sources, applicable rules and your own decisions. CalendarsPoint is not responsible for executing, reversing or recovering a transaction that you undertake with another service.
4. Responsible access and optional accounts
Use the website lawfully and without disrupting other users or its infrastructure. Do not attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious files, impersonate another person or misrepresent our reports as an official statement by an exchange or a person mentioned in them.
Reasonable reading, linking and ordinary search indexing are compatible with the public nature of the website. Automated access must respect published technical restrictions and must not overload or bypass access controls. Public availability is not permission to attack the service or extract private account information.
If you use optional account features, provide information you are entitled to use and keep your credentials secure. Registration may require administrator approval. An account does not confer trading, custody or payment rights. Access to account features may be restricted where necessary to investigate misuse or protect the website, subject to applicable law.
5. Content, attribution and sharing
The site's original text, presentation and design are protected where applicable law provides protection. Facts, third-party marks, source posts and illustrations retain their own legal status and ownership. A source credit is not a transfer of a third party's rights.
You may share public page links and the site's social preview cards to direct people to the corresponding reporting. Short quotations and other uses permitted by applicable law remain permitted; credit the publication and relevant original source. Reproducing a substantial article, illustration collection or the site's presentation for republication requires permission unless a legal exception applies.
If you believe material infringes your rights, email the relevant URL, identify the material and explain the basis of the request. We will assess the information and any relevant reporting context rather than treating a source label as conclusive proof.
6. External sources and independent services
Links to Telegram, X, explorers, exchanges, organizers and other services are provided for context or access to the original source. Those services operate independently and apply their own terms and privacy practices. Clicking a sharing button opens a draft or another service; it does not authorize CalendarsPoint to publish through your account.
HackTrail is credited as a source of on-chain monitoring and analysis. CalendarsPoint and HackTrail coverage should not be treated as an official statement by Binance, an endorsement of an asset or a guarantee of an investigation's outcome. A source link can become unavailable or contain material that changes after publication.
7. Messages, corrections and privacy
You may send event suggestions, factual corrections or other editorial correspondence to [email protected]. Provide only information you are entitled to share and identify any material that should be treated as confidential. Sending a private message does not by itself authorize unrestricted publication of the whole correspondence.
The Privacy Notice explains the handling of technical records, account information, correspondence and relevant public-source information. Nothing in these terms makes the exercise of statutory privacy rights conditional on purchasing or using another service.
8. Availability, limitations and changes
The website and its features may be updated, interrupted or withdrawn for maintenance, security, source availability or editorial reasons. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or a particular publication frequency. A polling interval describes the collection process, not a guarantee that an upstream source will deliver information on time.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available and without a guarantee that every item is complete, current or suitable for a particular decision. We do not accept responsibility for trading losses merely because a third-party market or event appeared in informational coverage. Any limitation applies only where lawful and does not exclude liability or remedies that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud where applicable.
Material revisions to these terms will be published with an updated date. A change does not retrospectively remove accrued rights or mandatory consumer protections.
9. Applicable law and resolving concerns
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, subject to mandatory rules that apply to a user, including applicable consumer and data protection rights. Nothing here removes protections that cannot be waived by a choice of law.
Please contact [email protected] with the relevant page or issue so that it can be reviewed. Disputes may be brought before the competent courts under applicable jurisdiction rules, including courts available to a consumer under mandatory law. These terms do not impose compulsory arbitration or remove the right to complain to a competent regulator.
