Privacy Notice
This notice explains how CalendarsPoint, the Cyprus-based operator of calendarspoint.com, handles information in connection with its crypto events calendar, exchange listing and delisting coverage, research, investigations and related website features. You can read public content without creating an account. This notice does not ask you to consent to processing that requires a separate choice.

1. Who is responsible and how to contact us
CalendarsPoint is responsible for the website processing described here. For privacy requests, corrections or questions, contact [email protected]. Identify the relevant page, account or issue so that we can locate the information without collecting unnecessary details.
The operator is based in Cyprus. This notice is written with the EU General Data Protection Regulation and applicable Cyprus data protection law in mind. Mandatory rights under other applicable laws remain available.
2. Information we handle
Technical information: when a browser requests a page or file, hosting and security systems can receive an IP address, request time, requested URL, referring page, browser or device information, response status and related diagnostic or security records.
Account information: if you use the optional registration and account features, we handle the email address, username and any profile information or picture you choose to provide, together with account administration and authentication information. Public reading does not require an account. Do not use a sensitive identifier as a public username or upload information you do not want associated with that profile.
Correspondence: if you email us, we receive your email address, message, attachments and the details you choose to include. Please do not send passwords, wallet seed phrases, private keys or unnecessary identity documents.
Public-source reporting: editorial material can include public wallet addresses, transaction hashes, transfers, dates, source labels and statements published on blockchains, explorer websites, official announcements or the HackTrail channel. A public address may be personal information if it can be linked to an identifiable person. An address label or an analytical hypothesis does not establish that person's identity or responsibility.
3. Why we process information
We use technical records to deliver pages, maintain availability, diagnose faults and protect the website against misuse. Where applicable, the legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating a reliable and secure information service, balanced against the rights of visitors.
We use account information to administer requested website access and related account functions. The relevant basis may be steps you request or the performance of the account service, together with legitimate interests in account security. A separate optional use requiring consent will be identified as such.
We use correspondence to answer questions, investigate corrections and privacy requests, and maintain an appropriate record of their resolution. Depending on the request, processing is necessary for our legitimate interests, a requested service or compliance with a legal obligation.
We process relevant public-source information for reporting, analysis and maintaining an accurate editorial record. We consider the public interest in the reporting, the relevance of the information and the impact on identifiable individuals. We do not rely on the fact that information is public as an unlimited permission to use it.
6. Retention and security
Retention depends on the purpose of the information: operational and security records are retained for troubleshooting and abuse investigation; account information is kept for account administration and any continuing legal or security need; correspondence is retained for resolving the matter and appropriate record-keeping. Editorial records may remain available while the reporting is published or relevant, including the context needed to explain a correction.
When deciding whether continued retention is necessary, we consider the nature of the record, the sensitivity of the information, the status of a request or dispute and any applicable legal duty. Backup copies may remain until they are replaced under the applicable backup cycle. You can ask us about retention for a particular record.
Access controls and other safeguards are used to protect the website and its records. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Contact us if you believe information has been exposed or a public report creates a privacy risk; do not send authentication secrets as proof.
7. Your choices and rights
Subject to the conditions and exceptions in applicable law, you may request access to personal information, correction, erasure, restriction of processing or portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests. If processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent without affecting processing that was lawful before withdrawal.
Email [email protected] with the subject Privacy request and enough information to identify the relevant record. We may ask for proportionate evidence to confirm a requester's identity, particularly where disclosure could affect another person. Do not send an identity document unless we specifically explain why it is necessary and how to provide it securely.
Under GDPR, requests are normally addressed within one month, with extensions or limitations only where the law permits. If a request cannot be granted in full, we will explain the applicable reason and the available next steps. You can complain to the Cyprus Commissioner for Personal Data Protection or another competent supervisory authority. Contacting us first does not remove your right to complain.
8. Automated publishing and younger readers
Some reports, classifications and summaries are prepared or updated automatically. Their subject is public events and on-chain activity; they are not an automated decision about a reader's legal rights. Routine security checks may also be automated. We do not use these publishing features to make solely automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects about readers.
The website is a general information service and is not directed at children. If you believe a child has supplied personal information that should not be held, contact us so that the circumstances can be reviewed.
9. Changes to this notice
The update date identifies the current version. Material changes to the way information is used will be reflected in this notice and, where required, accompanied by an appropriate notice or a request for consent. Privacy questions and requests can be sent to [email protected].
