InfiniFi INFI token generation event (TGE)

infiniFi plans to hold the token generation event for its INFI token in the fourth quarter of 2026 (October-December). No exact date has been announced, and the timing remains tentative.
What is happening
On October 14, 2026, infiniFi published the tokenomics for INFI, its native token, and said the TGE is coming soon. The supply is split four ways: 45% to the ecosystem, 20% to the team, 20% to investors and 15% to the foundation. These figures are allocation shares, not circulating supply.
The project also stated that the upcoming community airdrop will be paid from the ecosystem allocation. It has not said how much of that 45% pool the airdrop will use. The update gave no total supply, vesting schedule or unlock timing, so it is unclear whether any tokens unlock at launch.
A TGE is the moment a token is created and distributed, which is different from an exchange listing. No exchanges, trading pairs, token price or claim instructions have been announced. Airdrop eligibility rules, the snapshot date, the claim window and the airdrop size have not been disclosed either.
infiniFi is a DeFi yield protocol on Ethereum that uses an on-chain fractional reserve model for stablecoin deposits and yield management. The team reports more than $6 million raised across pre-seed and seed rounds, led by Electric Capital, and over $9 million in yield generated since its June 2025 launch. Total value locked peaked at $180 million and is reported to be above $50 million now. These figures come from the project itself.
Why it matters
A published allocation split gives the market a first look at how INFI supply may be distributed, including how much sits with insiders (team and investors together hold 40%) versus the ecosystem and foundation. Without a vesting schedule, however, it is hard to judge how supply could enter circulation over time.
For users of the protocol, the planned airdrop is the main point of interest, but the rules that decide who qualifies are still unknown. Airdrop-related scams often appear before official details are released, so participants should rely only on infiniFi's verified channels and avoid sites that claim to check eligibility.
