Signal Week 2027 (formerly Paris Blockchain Week)
Signal Week 2027, the Institutional Summit for Digital Assets formerly known as Paris Blockchain Week, takes place on July 6-7, 2027, at the Palais des Congrès de Paris. No specific coins are tied to the event; it is a conference focused on institutional digital asset adoption.
What is happening
The 2027 edition follows the seventh edition held in April 2026, when Paris Blockchain Week was officially rebranded as Signal Week. The new name reflects an audience that has shifted towards banks, asset managers, regulators and governments. The summit will run in the same week and city as RAISE Summit, described as the world's leading AI event, and MACHINA Summit, described as Europe's leading Physical AI event, bringing digital assets, artificial intelligence and robotics together in one place.
The programme will cover banks and financial institutions, fintech and payments, AI and agentic finance, and the policymakers and public officials setting the rules for the sector. BlackRock, J.P. Morgan, Citi, Fidelity and BNP Paribas have already confirmed participation. Curated one-to-one meetings will be offered; the 2026 edition facilitated more than 53,000 meetings.
On the eve of the summit, a VIP Dinner will be held at the Château de Versailles. The 2026 dinner gathered more than 500 leaders from finance, technology and government, representing $37 trillion in assets. Super Early Bird tickets are on sale at the lowest price the event will offer until November 25 (2026), via signalweek.com/tickets.
Why it matters
The conference illustrates how the institutional side of the crypto industry is organizing its meeting points. Organizers say the 2026 edition drew more than 10,000 attendees from over 100 countries, 70% of them at C-suite level, along with more than 400 public-sector attendees, including French government ministers and a member of the National Assembly. For observers of the sector, the guest list offers a view of which large financial institutions and regulators are engaging with digital assets.
For holders and traders, the event is not tied to a token or protocol launch, so it carries no direct on-chain consequences. It may still be a venue for announcements, partnerships and policy discussions from participating institutions, which are worth following through official channels during the two days.
