Bybit UTA Loans borrowing limit adjustment for 39 coins

16 October 2026, Friday
Online Location
A · APE · AR · ARB · ATH Bybit

Bybit will adjust the borrowing limits for 39 coins under UTA Loans, with the change taking effect on October 16, 2026 at 8:00 AM UTC. The affected assets include A, APE, AR, ARB and ATH, among others.

What is happening

Bybit has announced that it will change the borrowing limits for 39 coins available under its UTA Loans product. According to the exchange, the adjustment is intended to better align borrowing limits with market conditions and risk management requirements. The change becomes effective on October 16, 2026 at 8:00 AM UTC.

The affected coins are: A, APE, AR, ARB, ATH, ATOM, AVNT, AXS, BAT, BERA, CAKE, CC, CHZ, FLOKI, HNT, HOME, ICP, IMX, KAIA, KSM, LUNC, MEW, MINA, MON, NEWT, NOT, PUMP, PYTH, QNT, RESOLV, S, SKY, SPK, STX, TRUMP, VET, WAL, XAI and ZRO.

Bybit has published a full spreadsheet listing the new limits that apply to each account. Users with an outstanding borrowed amount in any affected coin that exceeds the adjusted limit may be subject to additional interest charges and automatic repayment. The exchange also points users to its help center article on borrowing, interest and repayment in the Unified Trading Account for further details.

Why it matters

For users who borrow any of the listed coins through UTA Loans, the new limits determine how much of each asset can remain outstanding. If a current position sits above the adjusted cap, the announcement states that extra interest and automatic repayment may apply, which could affect open positions or leveraged strategies that rely on those borrowed assets.

For traders and holders more broadly, such adjustments are a routine part of exchange risk management and reflect how the platform assesses liquidity and volatility for individual assets. Anyone with borrowed positions in these coins may want to compare their current balances with the updated limits before the effective time. The adjustment does not by itself say anything about the underlying projects.
