ArgentinaBinance Spot lists bStocks BBB, MDBB, PENGB and UVXYB with zero maker fee promotion
Binance opened spot trading for four tokenized-stock (bStocks) pairs, BBB/USDT, MDBB/USDT, PENGB/USDT and UVXYB/USDT, on 14 October 2026 at 12:00 UTC. A zero maker fee promotion on these pairs runs from the listing time until 31 October 2026, 23:59 UTC.
What is happening
The four bStocks represent Blackberry (BBB), MongoDB Inc (MDBB), Penguin Solutions Inc (PENGB) and the ProShares Ultra VIX Short-Term Futures ETF (UVXYB). Each is listed against USDT on Binance Spot. Spot Algo Trading Bots were enabled at the same time as the listing, while Rebalancing Bots are to be enabled within 24 hours of the listing.
Withdrawals for BBB, MDBB, PENGB and UVXYB were scheduled to open at 13:00 UTC on 14 October 2026, one hour after trading began. The tokens are issued on BNB Smart Chain, and Binance published contract addresses for each of them in the announcement.
Binance also stated that users can trade bStocks against BTC, USDT and other tokens on Binance Convert at zero fees within one hour of the Spot listing. Users can tokenize direct stock holdings into bStocks at a 1:1 ratio with the underlying stock and no conversion fee.
Why it matters
The listing adds four more tokenized securities to Binance's spot offering, widening the set of traditional-market exposures available through crypto trading pairs. The set includes equities as well as a short-term volatility ETF product, which gives traders a range of instruments to choose from within the same exchange environment.
For traders, the zero maker fee period reduces trading costs on limit orders in these pairs for roughly two and a half weeks. The availability of algo and rebalancing bots may also be relevant to those who use automated strategies. Binance notes that bStocks are not offered or accessible in the United States or to U.S. persons and are not registered under U.S. securities laws, so eligibility restrictions apply.
