Unchained Summit India 2026

05–06 November 2026, Thu–Fri
Mumbai, India Location
Unchained Summit (Aeternum) Project

Unchained Summit India 2026, the third edition of the Unchained Summit series, takes place on 5-6 November 2026 at Courtyard by Marriott Mumbai International Airport in Mumbai, India. No specific coins are tied to the event; it covers India's digital asset sector, tokenisation, stablecoins and Web3 infrastructure.

What is happening

The two-day summit is organised by Aeternum and follows earlier editions held in Dubai and Vietnam. It features more than 50 speakers from across the digital asset and financial ecosystem, including representatives of Binance, CoinDCX, CoinSwitch, Coinbase, Ondo Finance, WazirX, Polygon Labs, NEAR, Base and Alchemy. Attendees are expected to include founders, investors, wealth managers, family offices, policymakers, legal professionals and builders.

Day One is devoted to India's digital asset markets. Topics include crypto investing and trading, macroeconomic trends affecting capital flows, the evolving regulatory landscape, tokenisation, stablecoins, payments and settlement, and the compliance, custody and liquidity requirements for institutional participation. Senior lawyers from AZB & Partners, Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas and Trilegal are scheduled to discuss India's digital asset framework and the need for greater legal clarity. Participants from IBDIC and Finternet are set to add financial infrastructure perspectives on tokenisation, banking and settlement.

Day Two shifts to infrastructure and applications: scalability, interoperability, data availability, AI and Web3, decentralised physical infrastructure and digital trust. Speakers from Avail, SingularityNET, Startale Group and NEAR Foundation are on the programme, alongside discussions on how onchain products can reach consumers beyond established crypto communities.

Why it matters

India's regulatory approach to digital assets remains a central question for exchanges, investors and builders in the market. A conference that gathers legal advisers, major exchanges and global protocol teams in one place offers a view into how industry participants frame the policy debate and what they say they need from regulators, such as clarity on tokenised securities, stablecoins and institutional custody.

For holders and traders, the summit is primarily a source of information and sentiment rather than a scheduled market catalyst. Statements from exchange executives, institutional investors and legal experts may indicate how the sector expects regulation, product launches and institutional involvement in India to develop. Announcements of partnerships or products made on the sidelines are possible, as the organisers say the networking is designed to lead to investment and commercial cooperation, but none are confirmed in advance.
