Decrypt Information Exchange staged rollout ahead of Solana Breakpoint
⚠ The date is not confirmed yet and may change.
Decrypt is rolling out additional financial products on its Solana-based Information Exchange in stages during the coming weeks, timed to lead into Solana Breakpoint. The timing is tentative and given only at month precision (October 2026); the event involves SOL, USDT and MYR.
What is happening
Decrypt has launched self-custodial Money Accounts on Solana, an account system meant to support The Information Exchange. The platform combines crypto news, market data, prices, probabilities and direct participation in financial products. Through a single balance, users are intended to reach Earn, swaps, prediction markets and perpetual futures, all using Tether (USDT).
The remaining products will arrive gradually as the broader platform is rolled out over the coming weeks, leading into Solana Breakpoint. No exact release dates for individual products have been confirmed.
The accounts are self-custodial: Decrypt does not hold users' private keys or transact on their behalf, and private-key export is planned as a future feature. Fee-payer co-signing sponsors Solana gas fees and rent, so users do not need to hold a SOL balance to cover network costs. Existing Myriad Wallet users can use the new accounts without switching wallets, as the Myriad wallet becomes the new account.
Decrypt previously announced the Information Exchange as a Solana-based network, with Myriad providing infrastructure and MYR serving as its economic coordination layer. The system is also designed to connect with Myriad prediction markets. Myriad's primary protocol deployment is on BNB Smart Chain, while Money Accounts run on Solana, so users are meant to access markets that may settle on another network through their Solana-based account.
Why it matters
The rollout shows how a media and data brand is trying to move from publishing information to offering direct access to financial products from one account. For existing Myriad Wallet users, the change means continuing in the same wallet while gaining access to new instruments. Sponsored gas fees lower one practical barrier to using Solana-based products.
For holders and traders of the involved assets, the staged schedule means features are likely to appear one by one rather than all at once, and the tentative timing may shift. The link between Solana-based accounts and prediction markets on another network is also something to follow, as it relies on cross-network access. Anyone interested should check official Decrypt and Myriad announcements for confirmed product launches.
