Plan B Forum 2026

23–24 October 2026, Fri–Sat
Lugano, Switzerland Location
BTC Plan B Network / City of Lugano

Plan B Forum 2026 is a Bitcoin-focused forum taking place on October 23-24, 2026 at the Palazzo dei Congressi in Lugano, Switzerland. The event is organized under the Plan B Network and the City of Lugano, and its central coin is BTC.

What is happening

The forum is a two-day gathering in Lugano dedicated to Bitcoin. The venue is the Palazzo dei Congressi, and the official event page is hosted on the City of Lugano's Plan B website.

Among the announced speakers are Raphael Zagury, Chief Executive Officer of Twenty One Capital (NYSE: XXI), and Nico Moran, the company's Head of Communications. Twenty One Capital disclosed its participation in a press release that listed several October conferences for its management team.

The same release places Zagury at another Lugano event the day before the forum, Bitfinex's "The Future of Capital Markets" on October 22, so the forum falls within a cluster of Bitcoin-related events in the city that week. The company has also invited investors to arrange one-on-one meetings with management through its communications agency during these conferences.

Why it matters

For Bitcoin holders and market participants, the forum is a venue where industry figures present views on Bitcoin and its role in markets. Twenty One describes itself as a Bitcoin-focused operating company that pairs a large Bitcoin treasury with operating businesses, so its executives' appearance is relevant to those following publicly traded Bitcoin exposure.

Conference appearances like this typically bring talks, announcements or commentary from speakers, which traders and holders may monitor for news. The sources do not describe any specific announcements planned for the forum, so it should be viewed as an industry gathering rather than a scheduled catalyst.
