On December 29, 2026, Falcon Finance is scheduled to release its monthly vesting instalment of 203,055,556 FF, one stop in a long series of unlocks that adds to the circulating supply of the FF token.
What is happening
The FF release plan is a schedule rather than a single event. An instalment of 203,055,556 FF is released every month, and the series is due to run until July 2029. The December 2026 date is one of those monthly stops and carries the same amount as the October and November instalments.
Each instalment is split into four tranches: 75,000,000 FF for the ecosystem, 60,000,000 FF for the foundation, 55,555,556 FF for the core team and early contributors, and 12,500,000 FF for investors. The team and investor figures match Falcon Finance's official tokenomics, which provides a one-year cliff followed by three years of monthly vesting for both groups. Dividing the team allocation of 2 billion FF and the investor allocation of 450 million FF by 36 months gives exactly 55,555,556 FF and 12,500,000 FF.
The full amount applies to 28 consecutive dates. After the ecosystem tranche runs out in January 2029, the monthly instalment falls to 128,055,556 FF for the final six months. Calendar services sometimes show only one tranche for a given day, and they disagree on the final date of the series: some give July 2029, others September 2029.
Why it matters
For holders and traders, the relevant measure is the size of each release relative to the market. As of October 20, 2026, the circulating supply was roughly 3.34 billion FF, so a 203 million FF instalment equals about 6 percent of it. At the price quoted then, around $0.1048, such an instalment was worth about $21.3 million, against daily trading volume of roughly $5.5 million. That makes each instalment several times the size of a full trading day, although not every released token is expected to be sold: some may be staked, held or allocated to programmes.
Across the whole schedule, around 6.45 billion FF are due to be released, which would roughly triple the circulating supply if the plan is followed.
