Binance delists EPIC and QUICK spot trading pairs
Binance will remove all spot trading pairs for EpicChain (EPIC) and QuickSwap (QUICK) at 03:00 UTC on October 28, 2026. The wind-down of related products begins earlier, with margin pairs for QUICK scheduled to be removed on October 20 between 08:30 and 10:00 UTC.
What is happening
Binance announced on October 14 that it will delist both tokens following a periodic review of listed assets. At the moment of delisting, all open spot orders will be cancelled and Spot Trading Bots services for the affected pairs will end. The notice did not specify which review criteria the tokens failed to meet.
The closure is staged. For QUICK, borrowing was suspended and the token was removed from the Buy & Sell Crypto service on October 15. On October 20, new futures positions stop opening at 08:30 UTC, open futures contracts are closed and settled at 09:00 UTC, and cross margin, isolated margin and margin pairs are removed at 10:00 UTC. Spot Copy Trading support ends on October 21. Deposits stop being credited on October 29, and withdrawals remain possible until December 28, 2026.
Binance said it may convert any remaining QUICK balances into stablecoins after December 29, though this is not guaranteed. QUICK Simple Earn positions will be redeemed into users' spot accounts. QUICK had been under Binance's Monitoring Tag since April 30, 2026, a label applied to assets with higher volatility and risk. After the announcement, QUICK was reported down about 19% over 24 hours.
Why it matters
Delisting from one of the largest trading venues typically reduces liquidity and access for retail users. Holders of EPIC and QUICK on Binance need to decide whether to sell before October 28 or move their tokens off the exchange before the withdrawal deadline. Users with margin, futures or copy-trading exposure face earlier cutoffs and should check the timeline for each product.
For the projects, the tokens remain available elsewhere. QUICK, for example, continues to trade in QuickSwap's own liquidity pools and on other exchanges. Traders should watch how liquidity shifts to alternative venues after the pairs are removed, and whether the projects respond publicly. The QuickSwap team had not issued a statement on the delisting at the time of the reports.
